G5 twin let the smoke out

I was using my G5 twin last week and it exploded and let its factory smoke out.

I took it apart and found the start cap had exploded.

We have a bunch of used appions at the shop for parts.

I planned on robbing the start relay and start cap out of one of those and putting it in mine.

Sound about right?

Anybody ever ohm out a motor in one and know what a good ohm reading should be on the motor?
