Energy Air, Inc. is seeking a top tier residential service manager for immediate hire. Candidate must have a proven track record in the HVAC industry. Also must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Support and develop start up, maintenance, and repair technicians
Customer relationship management of service customers including retail and new construction
Communicate with manufacturers technical support representatives
Oversee and Improve efficiency of the department
Increase sales growth through maintenance programs and accessories
Enforce company policies, programs, and procedures to ensure complete communication with internal and external customers.
Review and evaluate service technicians
Maintain residential service department workforce
Other duties as assigned by the department executive vice president
Qualifications
Industry related training, NATE Preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in the HVAC industry.
Minimum 2 years as a senior technician
Minimum 1 year managerial experience
EPA certification required
Detail oriented
Fluent in English
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Self Starter
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to use Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
