Automated Logic's Eikon

Does anyone out there know of a way to purchase the Automated Logic's Eikon software without going to through ALC? Or know the costs of purchasing Eikon?

If I had a way to change logic in WebCntrl, it would be super useful! To my knowledge, I need the Eikon 'tunneling' software in conjunction in WebCntrl to change any programming..

Do 'free lance' ALC programmers exist - that could fix something remotely if gateway or LAN information was given?
