Is there a code a against narrow coils on top of wide furnaces?

If there isn't, there probably should be.



The slider above suggests the previous coil was 24.5 inches. The furnace is 21 inches. The new coil is 17.5 inches. The homeowner paid top dollar to a well-known contractor for this garbage.
