Trouble logging into email

Trying to open my e-mail account is spotty. Using my same login name,etc Some times I can log in without any problems, other times I'm denied access. Log in name and password haven't been changed. Some times Its a crap shoot getting into the mail account. Using yahoo for mail Thanks
