Outdoor city light

Hi everyone! My husband picked up a beautiful outdoor post light that was installed by the city - one of those large park like lamp posts. We are trying to determine if this light runs on 110V or 240V - we want to install it in our yard but not sure if we need to change the guts and wiring. I have attached a picture of the light bulb that it takes if anyone can provide any information.
