New Bosch dishwasher door keeps popping open

I've got a brand new Bosch Ascenta SHE3ARF6UC dishwasher, and the door keeps opening up during a cycle. If I stand there and hold it closed, it seems to run, but it pops open when I let go. Sometimes immediately, sometimes it will run for 15 minutes or so. Any ideas of what could be wrong?
