Are they molds?

:confused:I found two tiny black dots on the ceiling of my kitchen, right above my island. Above are my bedroom, toilet, and washer/dryer. The house is very much new; built in 2013. Before I noticed black stuff (mold I think) in my sink in the toilet. In the photo the dots are huge; actually they are about 1 cm each big. Around dots are circle-size water marks.
